    please i have a question, so i can do almost all exercises except anything that requires me to stand on my wrists and feet (like the first exercises) my wrists HURT ME SO MUCH i cant do any edercise thats like that for even 10s, my wrists have been hurting me since the first day of when i tried to stand on my wrists yk, are my wrists too weak? is there qny way i can fix this or is there something wrong with my body? please help, i have hypermobility btw (im double jointed, and i also have scoliosis but i dont think it afrects it)

    Came from the 1 month Pilates plan. Decided to take on this plan as well, see how it goes. Day 1 🌷: Really easy. It had a really good burn, which I loved. I feel really comfortable and happy.

    REMINDER!!! It’s ok to take breaks love! We are all learning at different paces and have different abilities! I had to take quite a few breaks, and even skipped one because it was painful and not the good kind. So be gentle on yourself! What matters is that you’re here and doing your best! Keep going, you got this!! ❤

    I'm a 225 lb girl, I found you on Instagram. I thought this will be like all other channel where it's not obese ppl friendly. It's day 3. And I could go all the from start to finish. My knees don't hurt. But I'm facing some issues with my wrist. Any idea how to improve my wrist strength? I'm so far loving your videos. I started my wellness journey with you.

      Hey girl!! Thanks for the kind message, I love to hear it. As for wrist discomfort, go onto your forearms for the moves that it’s possible for. Wrists do in fact take some time to strengthen, just like any other join or muscle! However if it’s excruciating- I’d suggest investing in yoga blocks for things like plank moves. However when I was a beginner, I had some pain discomfort (like similar to any new muscle/body part being strained during a workout). Just listen to your body, modify to your forearms if needed, pause if my time frames are a bit too much etc. but keep in mind wrists do in fact get stronger !!
